Which goods am I not allowed to send?
All goods covered by national, European, and international regulations on dangerous products are prohibited for shipment (hazardous materials classified under ADR – “Accord for Dangerous goods by Road”).
How should I pack my parcel?
You must use sealed packaging that is large and strong enough to protect the contents of the parcel. Otherwise, we provide packaging directly at the depot.
What proof of deposit will I receive?
We will provide you with a receipt to keep until your parcel is delivered.
What is the average delivery time ?
ETK Logistique will make every effort to deliver parcels within an average of 3 working days from the time the parcel is picked up.
