You must use sealed packaging that is large and strong enough to protect the contents of the parcel. Otherwise, we provide packaging directly at the depot.

What proof of deposit will I receive when dropping off my parcel?

We will provide you with a receiptto keep until your parcel is delivered.

What is the average delivery time?

ETK Logistique will make every effort to deliver parcels within an average of 3 business days from the time of collection.
