For questions of logistical processing, the maximum weight accepted by package of 1,000 kg, the size has no limit.

Is it that I can send a parcel fragile ?

Sending objects deemed fragile crockery, porcelain, bottle, glassware, ...) is not prohibited, but the responsibility of ETK Logistics is not liable in the event of breakage.

Do you support the perishable food ?

No, we do not take care of the perishable items that require packaging to specific temperature.

What are the goods that I do not have the right to send ?

Are prohibited to dispatch all goods falling under national regulations, european and international dangerous goods (hazardous materials classified by the ADR " Accord for Dangerous goods by Road ", is : "an Agreement for carriage of Dangerous goods by Road ".

How to pack my parcel ?

You must use a closed package, is large enough and durable to protect the contents of the parcel. Otherwise we will not provide packaging directly to the repository.

What proof will I be dropping my package ?

We will send you a deposit slip, to keep until the delivery of the parcel.

What is the average delivery time ?

ETK Logistics will endeavour to deliver the parcels in an average of 3 working days from the support of the parcel.
